Initially, Altair will offer three neighborhoods. Glenwood will offer 88 paired homes, Sky will offer 68 paired homes, and Waypoint will offer 99 single-family homes. Altair plans to offer approximately 1,100 homes.

Residents become a member of the Altair Community Association and will enjoy access to The Overlook, a private resident clubhouse with robust lifestyle programming & an onsite lifestyle team, event spaces, pool, spa, indoor-outdoor fitness center, playgrounds, parks, roving patrol services, landscape maintenance, and more. Monthly HOA Assessments are anticipated to be subsidized to approximately $399/month, decreasing to $286/month at community build-out (see Phase 1 DRE Public Report dated April 24, 2026 for more information). HOA Assessments are subject to change to meet operating expenses, inflation, regulatory changes, and/or labor and material pricing. Please see a Sales Representative for more information.

Base Ad Valorem tax rate of 1.03% plus direct levies that are estimated to range between $6,257 to $7,487 (levies include Community Facilities District and Special Assessments). Please see a Sales Representative for more information.

Our initial pricing varies by neighborhood - Glenwood: from the Mid $700,000s; Sky: from the High $700,000s; Waypoint from the Mid $800,000s.
