Altair Temecula Is Officially Open

We’re still reliving the excitement from Altair’s Grand Opening celebration.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to experience this exciting new community for the very first time. Welcoming hundreds of guests as they explored the neighborhoods, toured model homes and took in the views made for a truly unforgettable day.

Discovering Altair

Of course, the real star of the day was Altair itself.

Guests had the opportunity to:

• Tour 10 beautifully designed model homes across three new neighborhoods
• Get a sneak peek of The Overlook Club, Altair’s private recreation destination
• Take in the sweeping views, parks, miles of trails and acres of open space that make Altair so unique
• Explore the rare opportunity to live walkable to Old Town Temecula

Altair Grand Opening Replay

From the debut of three new neighborhoods and 10 beautifully designed model homes to local tastings, live music, rides on the Temecula Valley Wine Trolley and fun experiences throughout the community, the day was filled with energy, discovery and memorable moments.

But more than anything, it was seeing so many people begin to picture life at Altair that made the celebration feel so special.

In true Altair fashion, it was the perfect blend of local flavor, fresh air and new possibilities — all set within a community connected to parks, trails, open space and the charm of Old Town Temecula.

A Warm Welcome

The day began at the Event Hub, where guests checked in, picked up their Altair passports and kicked off the experience with swag, smiles and the excitement of discovering everything Altair had to offer.

Local Flavor, Temecula Style

Guests enjoyed a true taste of Temecula throughout the day thanks to some of our favorite local partners:

• Temecula Olive Oil Company served up flavorful tastings
• EAT Marketplace brought fresh farm-to-table bites
• Grazing Theory delighted guests with gourmet charcuterie cones
• Milk & Cookies served warm, fresh-baked treats
• Pacific Organic Pops kept things cool with refreshing, all natural popsicles

Because no great day of exploring should happen on an empty stomach.
